Use the Thursday or Friday before a match. Fill in Inputs below, then ask Claude (or a writer) to produce the three versions.

Inputs

  • Round: e.g. Round 5
  • Opponent: full club name
  • Grade(s): Seniors / Reserves / Under-19s / Women’s
  • Venue: ground name, suburb
  • Date & bounce times: Saturday DD Month — Reserves H:MMpm, Seniors H:MMpm
  • Last meeting: result + brief note (optional)
  • Form note: one-liner on how MKFC is travelling (optional)
  • Players to watch: 1–3 names (optional)
  • Sponsor of the round: name (optional)
  • Call to action: e.g. “Get down and back the Roos” / canteen open / volunteers needed

Voice notes

  • Confident, not cocky. Respect the opponent.
  • Use “the Roos” or “Moorabbin” — not nicknames invented on the fly.
  • Refer to the brand guide for any graphic — royal blue background, white kangaroo, condensed headline.

Facebook version (target 80–150 words)

Structure:

  1. Opening line: round, opponent, where and when.
  2. Context: form, last meeting, or what’s at stake.
  3. Names: 1–3 players to watch, coach quote if available.
  4. Sponsor / community line.
  5. Call to action + bounce times for both grades.
